Before you drop off

Animal Intake Policy

Animals must arrive in clean, acceptable condition and be fully eviscerated before drop-off — all entrails, bladder, and anus removed. We reserve the right to refuse any animal that is not properly field-dressed.

We Use Only Your Game Meat

All deer are processed individually. Your sausage is made using only your own game meat, never mixed with anyone else's. Because of this careful approach, processing may take a bit longer.

Dirty Carcass Fee — $50

A carcass full of dirt, hay, feces, or road debris takes excessive trimming, costs you meat, and adds a $50 cleaning fee. Clean, wash, and trim before you bring it in — you're the one eating this, and we'll do our best to take care of your meat.

Pickup & Storage

You have 7 days to pick up your meat once it's ready. After that, a $3.00 per day storage fee is added to your bill.
